Magical, mystical and majestic, white doves have been revered, throughout history, as symbols of love, peace, joy, innocence, and purity. So universal are the meanings they convey, and the awe they inspire, that their eminence crosses countless countries, cultures, and customs. Whether they're gracefully circling an azure sky, as sun-sparked pearls, or embroidering clouds, as delicate white lace, a flock of doves is a breath-taking sight.

We are proud and honored to be able to bring such beauty, happiness, and meaning to the momentous events in your life, with our Harmony Doves. When you request our services, we know that our doves will play powerful roles in your special day, and we take that charge seriously. Because the health and well-being of our birds is equally important, we want you to know that we are not merely dabblers in doves. We are professional handlers (and, okay, dove lovers !), for whom raising doves (aka homing pigeons) is a Leopardi family tradition that goes back more than 60 years!

One of the most crucial elements of the process is not the release itself, but the safe return of the doves to their homes. While any bird can be set free to fly to its heart's content, only one very special kind possesses the innate ability to find its way home from great distances - and that's the homing pigeon.

Although it is not generally known, the gorgeous birds that are used for organized releases, and, in fact, the only birds that can safely be used, are actually white homing pigeons (aka Rock Doves). These incredibly strong flyers have powerful homing instincts that lead them home from distances of up to several hundred miles.

It gives us great pleasure to share our Harmony Doves with you and your guests. They can add a touch of magic to a variety of occasions. Besides weddings and funerals, we provide them for birthdays, anniversaries, grand openings, holiday parties, going away parties, and much more.
